A canceled sequel, Hydro Thunder 2 was planned to release for arcade sometime after the first game’s success. Via ArcadeHeroes, development was reportedly near completion with many boats and tracks finished. Unfortunately, Midway was in the middle of closing its arcade division which included HT2. Although a build of the game has not been found, Steve sent a surviving image preview of some boat designs to ArcadeHeroes, which we are preserving here. We hope to find and share more information eventually.

- Found Island, the same place as Lost Island but now inhabited by vacationers and tourists.
